Automotive Lighting Test System
Automotive Lighting Test System is used for photometric performance testing and quality evaluation of vehicle lights, marine lights, beacon lights, road traffic lights, retro-reflectors, retro-reflective materials, etc.
It adopts international advanced CIE A-αmeasurement scheme, high-precision photometric probe and absolute synchronization photometric technology to achieve full closed-loop control. The high-precision turntable adopts Mitsubishi AC servo motor, which runs faster and more smoothly. Japanese 17-bit precision absolute angle encoder enables it to achieve higher angle measurement accuracy of 0.01 º, extremely fast test speed (up to 40 degrees/second), and fully closed-loop control precise synchronization without losing steps.
German CLASS L (f1′<1.5%) photometric probe is adopted to achieve constant temperature with accuracy of 0.05℃. Its pre-amplification function ensures higher precision and better testing results.
Open software design is in line with GB, ECE, SAE, FMVSS108 federal regulations, JIS and other relevant Chinese and international standard testing requirements. It is easy to expand and upgrade.
